What makes Jovial's Einkorn flour different from modern wheat?
Einkorn is the world's most ancient wheat and the only species never to be hybridized. It has a different gluten structure that many people find easier to digest than modern wheat.
Are your products certified organic?
Yes, all Jovial products are USDA Certified Organic. We work closely with small family farms in Italy to ensure the highest quality standards without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
How do you handle shipping for glass-jarred items?
We take extra care in packaging our glass-jarred beans and tomatoes using eco-friendly, protective materials to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. We offer flat-rate shipping on most domestic orders.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your facilities nut-free?
Most of our products are processed in dedicated allergen-free facilities. Our gluten-free pasta and crackers are produced in a facility that is free from gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts.
